About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis, located in our Heath OH facility. In this role you will focus on scaling our manufacturing operations and corporate teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in manufacturing recruitment and a track record of successful high-volume hiring.
Manufacturing & Hourly Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and hourly positions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies specific skilled trade positions, including partnerships with technical schools and workforce development programs
- Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and facility tours to attract manufacturing talent
- Drive the pre-employment process including background checks, drug screening, and physical assessments
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular updates on pipeline metrics
Corporate Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to recruit for professional roles across departments
- Create compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the Bobbie company culture and role requirements
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and industry-specific channels
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit
- Guide hiring managers through the selection process, including interview preparation and offer negotiations
- Manage complex offer processes, including compensation analysis and relocation packages when applicable
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade positions
- Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments (50+ hires per month)
- Strong knowledge of labor markets and recruitment sources for manufacturing talent
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
- Ability to travel as needed
