The Role
Bobbie is looking for a Content Strategist to join our creative team. You are a wrangler of rollouts, a keeper of campaign plans, and describe yourself as equal parts analytical and creative. You’re passionate about shaping messaging strategies that resonate across a range of platforms and connect with diverse audiences. You thrive on understanding the nuances of audience segmentation, channel-specific communication, and the magical dance between perfect timing, perfect channel, perfect content. The ideal candidate understands the intersection of brand storytelling and marketing, knows their way around a Figma campaign board, and loves developing messaging strategies customized for different channels while maintaining Bobbie’s bold, authentic voice. You will work closely with a brand copy lead, video team, creative director, and growth teams to craft messaging frameworks that are insight-driven, engaging, and tailored for maximum impact.
What you will accomplish:
- Develop content strategies and rollout plans for all key initiatives, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships
- Be accountable to sharing actionable content learnings from one platform to another; i.e., apply a YouTube learning to an email learning and vice versa
- Work closely with video editors to ensure the Bobbie video content library is maximized to its full potential across all channels
- Partner with growth, creative, and marketing teams to optimize content + messaging for each platform (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with design, copy, and video teams to ensure content messaging is seamlessly integrated into all proper channels
What we would like you to have:
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing messaging, or a related field (CPG, ecomm, or agency experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of how content changes across channels and the importance of audience segmentation and timing
- Experience working closely with growth teams and performance marketing to craft conversion-driven messaging strategies
- Ability to translate consumer insights and data into impactful messaging frameworks that fuel engagement and retention

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation
Our salaries are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. For fully remote roles, we have a single salary target per role that is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C).
Group A (SF/Bay Area, Seattle, NYC): $150,000 - $175,000
Group B (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Philadelphia, Portland, Sacramento): $135,000 - $159,000
Group C (Everywhere Else): $127,000 - $150,000
