Ecommerce Website Producer
About Bobbie
Bobbie is creating a parenting culture of confidence, not comparison. And it starts with how we choose to feed our babies. We crafted our European style infant formula with purposefully sourced, organic ingredients to give parents a product they are proud to feed their babies, direct to their doorstep. Bobbie is proud to be the only US formula that is designed to meet both FDA and EU standards.
Although 83% of parents turn to formula in the first year of their baby’s life, this is the silent majority that is often shamed for not being able to exclusively breastfeed. Co-founded by two moms and created by a team of mom scientists, nutritionists, pediatricians, and lactation consultants, the Bobbie team knows first hand that there is no one size fits all for feeding. With Bobbie, we hope you can Bottle Boldly.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Producer to join our Growth team. In this role, you’ll design and implement website pages, collaborating closely with Product Managers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure our site is optimized for both customer experience and business performance. You’ll need a solid understanding of UX best practices and design templates and enough technical know-how to speak the language of developers and QA.
What you will accomplish:
- Own and manage the end-to-end process of designing and implementing mobile-optimized website pages (content, brand activations, campaigns, ad landing pages) across our e-commerce site. These pages should be visually appealing and align with the brand identity and aesthetic
- Translate creative briefs into wireframes and clear implementation plans, working closely with design, dev, and content teams
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between cross-functional Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams to coordinate timelines, prioritize updates, and ensure smooth deployments
- QA and test new pages and site updates within the Shopify Platform across devices and browsers, identifying and documenting bugs and performance issues
- Help implement personalization, A/B testing, and analytics tracking to support data-driven decision-making
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay abreast of industry trends, generating ideas to continuously improve the design and usability of the site
What we would like you to have:
- 3+ years experience in a website production, site management, or digital project management role
- An eye for design and a strong understanding of UX best practices and customer-centric design principles in ecommerce
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Contentful, WordPress, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (you don’t need to code, but should understand how things work)
- Experience working with developers and QA teams in Agile or sprint-based environments
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Figma, Google Analytics, and browser testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack)
- Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brand environments
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices
- Familiarity with experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
- Previous experience with product information management (PIM) or digital asset management (DAM) systems
You’re inspired by our core values:
- Be Radical - We are change makers, rule breakers and stigma shakers. We are unapologetically bold and use our megaphone for good.
- Nurture the Tension - Parenthood is full of healthy tension, and so is building a company. We embrace the unknowns, practice humility and are a culture of learners.
- Deliver Ounce by Ounce - Our customers have entrusted us to feed their babies. We lose sleep over the details, so they don’t have to.
- Don’t Assume - We embrace our unique perspectives, withhold judgment, and find beauty in the paths that brought us all to Bobbie. Our strength is celebrating each other and our collective voice.
