We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond. This role is ideal for a hands-on buyer who is equally strategic and tactical — someone who understands the unique demands of growing a DTC CPG brand, can drive measurable business outcomes, and has a strong POV on content and creative strategy.
What you will do:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search/Shopping/YouTube), TikTok, CTV, and emerging channels.
- Develop and execute media buying strategies to hit performance goals (ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the content and creative teams to align campaign messaging and visuals with audience insights and platform best practices.
- Lead audience strategy, segmentation, and targeting efforts to optimize reach and efficiency.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to continuously improve results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging media opportunities.
- Test and iterate creative, messaging, audiences, and bidding strategies to find scalable winners.
- Manage media budgets across multiple channels, ensuring efficient allocation and pacing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform reps (Meta, TikTok, Google) to stay informed of betas and opportunities.
What we would like you to have:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience in a DTC CPG environment (agency or brand side).
- Proven track record directly buying and optimizing media on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Deep understanding of content strategy and how creative impacts paid media performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, data interpretation, and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to think strategically but act tactically — you're comfortable both setting the plan and executing it.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience with ad tech tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, attribution platforms (e.g., Triple Whale, Rockerbox), and marketing automation systems is a plus.
- Passionate about consumer behavior, digital marketing trends, and brand storytelling.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation
Our salaries are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. For fully remote roles, we have a single salary target per role that is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C).
- Group A (SF/Bay Area, Seattle, NYC): $145,000 - $150,000
- Group B (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Philadelphia, Portland, Sacramento): $130,000 - $140,000
- Group C (Everywhere Else): $110,000 - $125,000
