Marketing Manager 

Boingo is looking for a strategic and driven B2B Marketing Manager to join our award-winning marketing team.  

You’ll lead content creation, email campaigns, advertising, and event marketing in support of our Sales and Account Management teams, helping drive lead generation across Boingo’s key verticals—including airports and military/government. You will also track success and report on ROI. 

This is a role for someone who sees the big picture but never misses the details. You’ll bring precision, creativity, and a growth mindset to every campaign, helping Boingo stay ahead in a fast-moving industry. 

 What You’ll Do 

  • Become a subject matter expert on Boingo’s products and services, and how our solutions solve real-world challenges for venues. 
  • Develop marketing collateral, presentations, blog posts, and social media content that support Sales and Account Management and resonates with our audiences. 
  • Drive marketing strategy for industry events (virtual and in-person) including sponsorships, booth experiences, customer activations, lead generation, and post-event reporting. 
  • Plan, write, and optimize email campaigns using Pardot, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking. 
  • Track KPIs, ROI and budgets across campaigns and events. 
  • Conduct market research to inform strategy and keep Boingo ahead of the curve. 

 Is This You? 

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech or telecom.  
  • Strong storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Proven experience driving lead generation through events, advertising, email campaigns and more. 
  • Comfortable using AI (including Copilot) to improve speed, creativity, and insight.  
  • Data-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.  
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and confident in cross-functional environments.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Copilot (or similar), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement (Pardot).  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
