AI & Automation Engineer
About the Role
Do you love making systems talk to each other? Do you see a messy process and instantly think, “I could automate that”?
We’re looking for a hands-on Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to help us work smarter. In this role, you’ll be the builder behind the scenes—connecting tools, streamlining workflows, and designing automations that make our recruiting, sales, marketing, and operations teams more efficient every day.
Your playground will be Make.com (Integromat), APIs, webhooks, and the occasional custom script. But it’s not just about building workflows—it’s about understanding how systems fit together and finding creative ways to make them better. If you get excited about improving processes and turning “what ifs” into working automations, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
-
Build, manage, and scale automations with Make.com (primary), Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
-
Spot inefficiencies in current processes and turn them into seamless, automated workflows.
-
Jump into custom scripting (Python/Node.js) when off-the-shelf tools can’t get the job done.
-
Monitor, test, and optimize automations so they’re rock-solid.
-
Document workflows so the whole team can understand and build on them.
-
Partner with teams across the business to map out processes and design smarter, automated systems.
-
Automate data scraping and enrichment for recruiting and marketing using tools like Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, and Clearbit.
-
Build pipelines and dashboards that make data flow effortlessly across the organization.
What Makes You a Great Fit
-
4–8 years in automation, systems integration, or a similar role.
-
Proven experience building in Make.com (Integromat)—this is a must-have.
-
Strong with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, etc.).
-
Comfortable writing custom automations with Python or Node.js.
-
A systems thinker: you don’t just automate—you understand how processes work and how to improve them.
-
Experience with scraping/enrichment tools like Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, or Clearbit.
-
Analytical and detail-oriented, but also creative in solving problems.
-
Strong communicator—you can explain technical ideas to non-technical teammates.
-
Bonus points: background in BPO, SaaS, recruiting, or sales/marketing tech.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
-
Competitive pay and growth opportunities.
-
100% remote work—flexibility and work-life balance built in.
-
A fast-moving, collaborative environment where your automations make an immediate impact.
-
The chance to work across multiple business functions—recruiting, sales, marketing, operations—so no two days are the same.
-
Room to experiment with emerging automation and data tools—you’ll never be bored.
