
Recruiting Technology & Automation Manager

Key Responsibilities
Project & Recruiting Operations
- Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple clients, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency.
- Serve as project owner for mandate allocation and completion timelines—set expectations, remove blockers, optimize results.
ATS & Workflow Management
- Manage and optimize Greenhouse ATS—maintaining candidate data hygiene, funnel health, and workflow automation.
- Build scalable workflows for screening, interviewer scorecards, and candidate feedback loops.
Automation, AI & Integration
- Implement automation workflows via Zapier, Make, Apify, and API integrations to reduce manual work.
- Lead scraping and sourcing automation projects to pull candidate data from multiple platforms.
- Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing, matching, and recruiter productivity.
Analytics & KPI Tracking
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for recruiter performance, funnel health, and source effectiveness.
- Use analytics to recommend process changes, enforce KPIs, and maintain a high-quality Virtual Bench of pre-vetted candidates.
Must-Haves
- 4–8+ years in Recruiting Operations, Project Management, or Talent Delivery Strategy.
- Technical Expertise:
- ATS management (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
- Workflow automation (Zapier, Make, API integrations)
- Programming in Python and/or Java for automation & scripting
- Data visualization & reporting (Power BI).
- Advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, scraping, data cleaning)
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience leading sourcing automation and scraping projects.
- Background in high-volume recruiting or BPO environments.
- Familiarity with AI applications in recruiting (e.g., automated screening, matching algorithms).
- Track record of building and scaling performance-based recruiting operations.
