
Marketing & Brand Coordinator – Commercial Interiors
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to support our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing engaging visual content, maintaining internal and external communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across materials. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-savvy professional who enjoys working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
- Manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet (One-Stop).
- Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
- Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
- Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Ceros (nice to have, not required).
- Utilize Monday.com to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
- Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
- Provide additional administrative and marketing support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong English verbal and written skills
- Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
- Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools is highly preferred, with experience in digital marketing platforms like Ceros and Loomly considered a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills ability to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
