Senior Graphic Designer & Content Specialist (Remote)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expert-level InDesign skills who can do much more than just design. This role is perfect for someone who can create custom marketing templates from scratch, develop compelling visual narratives, and maintain consistent branding across multiple platforms—from websites and social media to brochures, pitch decks, and proposals.
If you're passionate about blending design and storytelling and want to work on high-impact marketing projects that go beyond basic Canva-style templates, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Design Original Marketing Materials: Create print and digital assets like brochures, social media graphics, event invites, trade show displays, and presentation decks.
- Narrative & Content Development: Write and design content-rich materials—such as RFP responses, case studies, and whitepapers—that clearly communicate complex ideas.
- Build Custom Templates: Design unique, professional templates for proposals, presentations, and internal documents—built 100% from scratch using Adobe InDesign.
- Social Media Content: Develop visual content and coordinate posting schedules to drive engagement across platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all visual content to ensure a cohesive identity.
- Internal Communications: Refresh and manage internal content to keep teams informed and aligned.
- Document Management: Maintain well-organized, version-controlled design and marketing files for easy team access.
Qualifications
- Advanced Adobe InDesign Skills – You’re highly proficient in InDesign and experienced in designing layouts, templates, and documents from scratch (not using Canva).
- Strong English Writing & Content Skills – You can write compelling marketing content and bring visuals and text together into a clear, persuasive narrative. Portfolio of Custom Work – Includes original marketing and proposal templates (with before/after samples and native InDesign files).
- Attention to Detail – A strong eye for design, alignment, consistency, and visual polish.
- Communication & Collaboration – Strong English communication skills for working with internal teams and global stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in fields like architecture, interior design, or workspace solutions is helpful but not required.
- A problem-solving mindset—able to adapt visuals and messages to meet different project needs.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation
- Hybrid or remote flexibility
- Fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Exposure to leading brands and innovative workspace solutions
