
Virtual Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a tech-savvy and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support for various business operations, digital projects, and content and social media management. In this role, you will collaborate across functions to manage scheduling, coordinate tasks, and develop engaging content for both internal and external audiences. This fast-paced position is ideal for a self-starter who excels in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Oversee tasks and timelines utilizing project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or Monday.com.
- Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and team coordination.
Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate interviews, including scheduling podcast guests.
- Facilitate seamless scheduling across various time zones.
Content & Social Media Management
- Create and edit graphics, videos, and marketing materials for digital platforms.
- Compose blog posts and other content to enhance brand storytelling.
- Monitor and engage with social media interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in virtual assistance, project coordination, or digital content support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based teams is advantageous.
