Graphic Designer – Commercial Interiors

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Graphic Design and Coordinating Specialist with strong visual design skills to create compelling, brand-aligned marketing materials for the commercial furniture dealership sector. You will produce high-quality assets for client presentations, proposals, social media, and trade show events, working with brands like Haworth, Steelcase, MillerKnoll, and HumanSpace. This role blends design expertise with coordinating between stakeholders, you will be working closely with the marketing and sales teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing assets including proposals, event graphics, social content, and client presentation decks.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop visually engaging bid documents.
  • Manage design project timelines in Monday.com or similar tools.
  • Organize and maintain photography and design asset libraries.
  • Contribute to website and intranet visuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design or related field preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and commercial design work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Powerpoint, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with commercial interiors and the furniture dealership industry a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and brand alignment.
  • Skilled in MS PowerPoint and Excel for design-rich presentations.
