- Handle database administration duties: access control, backups, performance tuning within RDS for MySQL/MariaDB.
4. Monitoring & Automation
- Manage and configure Zabbix for monitoring infrastructure, deploy agents via Ansible, and maintain automation scripts.
- Maintain RMM tooling (Ninja RMM): ensure patch compliance and system updates across endpoints.

- Maintain internal web tools and dashboards built in Laravel for operational efficiencies and IT support workflows.
6. Leadership & Client Engagement
- Lead and mentor the IT team, including admins and help-desk agents. Delegate tasks, manage escalations, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, offer technology solutions, and coordinate implementation, support, and training.
7. AI-Driven Innovation
- Champion the evaluation, implementation, and integration of AI-powered tools (e.g., for automation, monitoring, incident response, or client reporting) to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Leverage AI and automation platforms to optimize workflows and support AI-Amplified Talent™ capabilities.
