Graphic Designer - Furniture & Interiors

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a creative and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our client’s marketing team within the furniture and commercial interiors industry. Our client is a US based top Haworth Furniture dealer with multiple office locations in the US. This role is focused on supporting pre-sales efforts by developing visually compelling materials that help attract and convert large private and publicly traded companies—primarily in the U.S. but also globally.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing for furniture, commercial interiors, or adjacent industries, and demonstrate a strong ability to produce high-quality graphics under tight timelines. A keen eye for layout, brand consistency, and an understanding of how to visually communicate value to potential clients is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also key, as this role interfaces with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

  • Create compelling presentation materials, decks, sales teasers, one-pagers, brochures, and other client-facing collateral for business development.
  • Design consistent and on-brand corporate assets including internal templates, digital media, and visual brand materials.
  • Turn around high-quality graphics quickly, supporting sales and client acquisition efforts across global markets.
  • Develop designs that resonate with clients in the furniture and interiors space, helping showcase the value of design solutions visually.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to gather inputs and craft visuals aligned with client needs and project goals.
  • Clearly communicate design intent and rationale; receive and integrate feedback with agility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to produce effective client-facing deliverables.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain organized design files for efficient reuse and team access.
  • Stay current on design best practices, industry trends, and creative tools to enhance output and relevance.

Technology Integration:

  • Utilize design software and AI tools to improve efficiency and creative output.
  • Adapt to emerging tools that support presentation design, automation, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, and/or the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand cohesion.
  • Demonstrated experience designing marketing assets for commercial interiors, furniture, or similar industries is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure with quick turnaround times while maintaining design quality.
  • Tech-forward and eager to explore AI-supported workflows.
  • Experience with project management and remote collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio of work in sales/marketing design and brand development.
  • Must have a personal PC/laptop and a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download & upload speed).
