About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Recruiting Associate to join our team and play a key role in helping us deliver top talent to our clients.

This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of their work. You’ll get hands-on experience supporting the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates and managing pipelines to streamlining processes and ensuring a great candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has some background in recruiting or talent sourcing, feels comfortable using tools like Greenhouse ATS (or similar platforms), and is excited about working in a fast-paced, global environment. Most importantly, you’re a self-starter who thrives on learning new skills and contributing to a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and screen candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Manage and organize candidate pipelines to keep the process moving smoothly.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to identify qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS (or similar systems).
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling and setting up virtual meetings.
  • Support candidate onboarding—sending welcome emails, processing paperwork, and coordinating background checks.
  • Assist recruiters with communications, scheduling, and process improvements.
  • Share ideas to make recruiting operations smarter and more efficient.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident working with global teams.
  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR (formal or informal).
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools (Greenhouse ATS a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn (experience with tools like ChatGPT, Calendly, Zapier is a plus).
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage tasks independently.
  • Motivated to grow into a bigger role in recruiting and talent acquisition.
