Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray (essential).
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic familiarity with CET Designer for furniture layouts and design integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Multimedia Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in 3D rendering, visualisation, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing rendering and modelling skills (required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet (50 Mbps+).

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with animation, walkthroughs, or VR/AR visualisation tools (e.g., Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape, Unreal Engine).
  • Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) for enhanced presentations.
  • Familiarity with parametric modelling or advanced rendering plug-ins.
  • Exposure to commercial furniture design or workspace planning projects.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles (LEED, WELL, green standards).
  • Strong graphic design skills for layouting presentations and client proposals.

Prior experience working with U.S.-based or international clients.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay and Benefits.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge design technology.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team that values work-life balance.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
