
Workflow & Process Automation Specialist (100% Remote / Work from home)
Summary:
We’re looking for a Workflow & Process Automation Specialist who can turn business complexity into streamlined, automated systems. Your superpower will be mapping out processes across teams, spotting inefficiencies, and building workflows that scale. You’ll work closely with recruiting, sales, marketing, and operations to understand how they work — and then make them work smarter.
This isn’t just about connecting tools. It’s about understanding how workflows should function, then designing automations that bring that vision to life. If you’re part process-thinker, part automation-builder, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:

Partner with business teams to map out processes, identify bottlenecks, and design improved workflows.

Translate business needs into scalable, automated systems.

Build and manage workflows using modern automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Workato, etc.).

Integrate internal and external tools via APIs, webhooks, and lightweight custom scripts (Python/Node.js).

Monitor, test, and optimize automations for reliability, scalability, and business impact.

Document workflows so they can be understood, adopted, and built upon by others.

Support data pipelines, scraping, and enrichment for recruiting/marketing using tools like Apify, Puppeteer, Phantom buster, Hunter.io, or Clearbit.
What Makes You a Great Fit:

4–8 years in workflow automation, business systems, or process improvement roles.

Proven experience with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar).

Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow design.

Comfortable writing light scripts in Python or Node.js when needed.

A systems thinker: you see how processes fit together across teams.

Excellent communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points for experience in BPO, SaaS, RevOps, recruiting, or sales/marketing tech.
