
Sales Development Representative - Bi-Lingual, Remote
Job Summary
We’re hiring a motivated and bilingual Sales Development Representative (B2B) to generate, qualify, and nurture B2B leads across institutional, retail, and corporate channels. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented communicator who thrives on connecting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and helping organizations outfit their teams or staff with high-quality sportswear.
You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline — ensuring every opportunity receives fast, personalized, and professional attention in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and contact potential clients in target industries (sports, education, retail, corporate).
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify prospects based on needs, purchasing potential, and fit.
- Schedule discovery calls or meetings for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns.
- Understand and communicate the company’s product lines, customization options, and brand value.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals and client presentations.
- Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rate, outreach activity, and pipeline health.
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve sales messaging and targeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (B2B environment preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English required): must be able to communicate professionally in both languages, verbally and in writing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- High energy, self-motivation, and goal-driven attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the apparel, sportswear, or manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of institutional and wholesale sales processes.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, etc.).
