While experience in telecommunications is strongly preferred, we also welcome candidates from related industries such as IT services, cloud solutions, SaaS, or managed services. If you’re a results-driven professional with a passion for helping businesses succeed, this role is designed for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through prospecting, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
- Build lasting relationships with SMB decision-makers while representing a trusted brand.
- Become an expert in telecom and business solutions — including internet, hosted voice, business TV, security, and video conferencing — and clearly communicate their value to clients.
- Generate leads through networking, calls, email outreach, and referrals.
- Use a consultative approach to uncover business needs, design tailored solutions, and manage the customer journey from proposal to implementation.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely, professional communication with prospects and clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position solutions.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and strong organizational skills while handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.
What You Bring:
- Proven B2B sales success — telecom or related industry experience (IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions) preferred.
- Knowledge of internet, hosted voice, and managed business solutions.
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and execute strategic sales processes.
- Strong business and financial acumen, particularly in SMB markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for growth and results.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territories.
