
Virtual Assistant – Sales & Lead Generation Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for a unique Virtual Assistant – Sales & Lead Generation Specialist role. This position is a critical accelerator for our growth, requiring a blend of proactive sales outreach to generate new business opportunities and support for our internal talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a high degree of resilience, and exceptional organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach Management (SDR Focus)
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key decision-makers.
- Outbound Campaigns: Execute personalized cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate interest in our services/products.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria and manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm discovery calls and initial meetings for the Account Executive team.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all activities, contacts, and accounts in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
Administrative Support (VA Focus)
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Track and organize candidate data for clients, update statuses, and manage the candidate relationship within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Outreach for Recruitment: Craft and send engaging outreach messages to passive candidates to introduce opportunities and gauge interest.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars for executives, preparing reports, and organizing documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales/ Lead generation/ sourcing role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive tone.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn for both sales and recruitment purposes.
- Strong research skills with the ability to quickly gather and synthesize information about prospects.
- High level of resilience and comfort handling rejection and difficult conversations in sales.
- Familiarity with standard office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
