Junior Financial Analyst (Remote)

Summary:
We are looking to hire a Junior Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our fully remote team. This role will support the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and contribute to business insights. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA with 1+ year of accounting, taxation, or finance experience who is looking to grow in a results-driven remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including cash handling and general ledger entries, in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reporting, including financial statements and schedules, for management and regulatory requirements
  • Support statutory compliance activities and ensure timely filings
  • Follow internal policies and parent company guidelines
  • Assist in budgeting and preparation of management reports
  • Support ad-hoc projects or financial analysis as needed
  • Respond to internal and external financial inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of relevant accounting, taxation, finance, or audit experience (mid-level experience considered a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

Location: This is a 100% remote role; however, due to team collaboration needs, we are only considering candidates who currently reside in India or the Philippines.
