Junior Financial Analyst- CPA - Remote

Summary:
We are looking to hire a Junior Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to grow their career in accounting and finance while contributing to the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting. The position is best suited for early-career CPAs who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a results-driven remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including cash handling and general ledger entries, in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare and review monthly financial reporting, including financial statements and schedules, for management and regulatory requirements
• Support statutory compliance activities and ensure timely filings
• Follow internal policies and parent company guidelines
• Assist in budgeting and preparation of management reports
• Support ad-hoc projects or financial analysis as needed
• Respond to internal and external financial inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant accounting, taxation, finance, or audit experience (mid-level experience considered a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Philippines or India
• Comfortable working in a junior-level, fully remote position
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills and attention to detail

Location:  

This is a 100% remote role; however, due to team collaboration needs, we are only considering candidates who currently reside in India or the Philippines.
