
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist-(Recruiting & Outreach)
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and relationship-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team and deliver top talent to our clients. This is a Recruiting, Sourcing, and Client-Facing role, ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing who enjoys proactive sourcing, persuasive outreach, and consultative conversations.
You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing pipelines and partnering with internal stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable using outbound sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, HireSweet, and other platforms, and brings a confident, relationship-focused communication style. Previous experience in sales-style outreach is a plus, but this is a recruiter-first role.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, outreach tools, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Conduct outbound candidate outreach using thoughtful, personalized, and persuasive messaging.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls, assessing both skills and motivation using a consultative recruiting approach.
- Build, manage, and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure steady, high-quality talent flow.
- Partner with recruiters, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with candidates and customers throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS (or similar systems).
- Coordinate candidate interviews and support onboarding activities.
- Continuously look for ways to improve sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and recruiting processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, HR, or sales/customer-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with candidates, clients, and global teams.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills; able to authentically “sell” opportunities.
- Proficient with ATS platforms and proactive sourcing/outreach tools (LinkedIn, HireSweet, Greenhouse preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to take on more senior recruiting and client-facing responsibilities.
