
Recruiting Associate – Talent Sourcing & Outreach (Sales-Focused)
About the Role
We’re looking for a recruiter who can also sell—someone who thrives at connecting with top talent, building relationships, and engaging candidates through persuasive, consultative conversations. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with strategic outbound sourcing and outreach.
If you have recruiting experience and a background in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, you’ll excel here. Your ability to influence and engage candidates will be just as important as your recruiting skills.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach tools.
- Conduct outbound candidate outreach with personalized, persuasive messaging.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial calls, evaluating skills and candidate motivation.
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Partner with recruiters, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS (or similar).
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and recruiting processes.
Qualifications
- Recruiting, talent sourcing, HR, or sales/business development experience.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills; confident engaging candidates and clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with global teams.
- Tech-savvy; experience with ATS and outreach tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter mindset; motivated to grow in recruiting and client-facing roles.
