Summary
We are seeking a CPA Financial Analyst to join our fully remote finance team. This role is designed for a CPA with 3–5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis who can independently manage core accounting activities, support month-end close, and contribute to financial reporting, compliance, and automation initiatives.
The role operates within a structured, results-driven environment and works closely with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including general ledger entries, accounts receivable, cash activity, and reconciliations using QuickBooks
- Execute and support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
- Support statutory, investor, and internal compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, identifying trends and key drivers
- Build, maintain, and improve Excel-based financial models, reports, and automation templates
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, documentation standards, and parent company policies
- Respond to internal and external financial inquiries and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, accounting research, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, financial analysis, or taxation
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks – mandatory
- Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas; Power Query/VBA is a plus)
- Experience with Excel-based automation tools or workflow automation
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting principles
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, process-driven environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills

Location
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must currently reside in India or the Philippines due to collaboration requirements.
