We’re looking for ambitious, tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialists in Latin America with 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience who are excited to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Our recruiters are equipped with next-generation tools, including AI-powered Recruiter Agents, designed to augment productivity and transform how recruiting is done. We’re looking for individuals with the curiosity, aptitude, and passion to embrace AI and modern recruiting technology while growing their careers.

This is a fully remote role where you’ll work alongside experienced recruiters and gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle—from AI-assisted sourcing and candidate engagement to pipeline management and collaboration with global teams.


Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates using AI-powered sourcing tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and modern talent platforms.

  • Leverage Recruiter Agents and emerging AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and recruiting workflows.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, evaluating skills, experience, and motivation.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Partner with senior recruiters and internal teams to understand role requirements and client hiring goals.

  • Track candidates and manage workflows using ATS and recruiting platforms (Greenhouse or similar).

  • Craft personalized candidate outreach and maintain professional communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Coordinate interviews and support recruiting operations across global teams.

  • Continuously learn and experiment with new sourcing strategies, tools, and AI-enabled recruiting methods.


Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, HR, or related roles (internships or project work considered).

  • Strong interest in AI, recruiting technology, and modern sourcing tools.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt emerging tools, including AI-powered recruiting assistants.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS platforms is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing candidate pipelines.

  • Self-motivated and eager to grow in a modern, technology-driven recruiting environment.
