At Bolo AI, our mission is to use AI to make daily work faster, safer, and better for the heavy industry worker. We are building the next-generation agentic platform for heavy industries, starting with the Energy sector - enabling intelligent systems that reason, retrieve, and act across complex workflows spanning the field, office, and control center. We are an early-stage startup backed by True Ventures, Benchstrength, Accomplice, J Ventures, and Beat Ventures. We are a small team, which means the work is high-ownership, customer-facing, and close to the company’s core strategy. We are AI-native: we use AI agents internally across every function, and we expect everyone on the team to work that way.
