Bolt is looking for a driven Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and guiding top engineering talent through our hiring process. If you have a foundational understanding of technical roles, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences, we want to hear from you! You'll play a key part in scaling Bolt's mission to revolutionize e-commerce.

What You'll Do With Us:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with engineering and product leaders to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and technical requirements.
  • Source Top Talent: Identify and engage passive technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Conduct Initial Screens: Perform in-depth phone screens to assess technical aptitude, cultural fit, and align candidates with Bolt's values.
  • Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle: Guide candidates through the entire interview process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Build Strong Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future openings.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, reflecting Bolt's commitment to a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Track and Analyze Data: Maintain accurate recruitment data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and provide insights to optimize our hiring strategies.

 

What Would Set You Apart:

  • 2+ year of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting for software engineering roles or similar technical positions.
  • Familiarity with common programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and various technical roles within an engineering organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.

Estimated compensation for this role is $90,000-$100,000, plus equity depending on experience.
