- Formulate and implement strategies to identify and secure premier technical talent
- Source, screen, and conduct interviews for both technical and non-technical roles
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from posting positions to negotiating job offers
- Develop and nurture a pool of qualified candidates for ongoing and future recruitment needs
- Partner with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment requirements and advise on the hiring process
- Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract potential candidates
- Guarantee a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
- Provide consistent updates to hiring managers and recruitment leaders regarding the status of active roles and talent pipelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for our India-based employees
- Help with questions related to India benefit plans, payroll administration and leave laws
- Assist with ensuring Bolt’s compliance with HR trainings, documentation and adherence to HR/People Ops related policies
- Assist with performance management procedures providing administrative support
- Ad hoc HR related projects as needed
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Proven background in Recruiting and HR management, employee engagement, performance management, and benefits administration
- Solid understanding of employment laws and practices
- Ability to operate effectively both independently and in a remote setting
- Proficient with Recruiting and HR-related software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, with a preference for experience with Greenhouse
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Capacity to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and adjust to shifting priorities
- Experience in recruiting for remote positions would be advantageous
