Challenger 350/3500 Pilot In Command
Who We Are
BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Role Overview
Bond Aviation operates a fleet of turbine aircraft in private aviation — and every Bond PIC is expected to be more than a regulatory-minimum pilot. You are the final authority on every flight: safety, security, crew, passengers, and cargo.
Our PICs operate internationally, manage ETOPS flights, and represent Bond's brand to some of the most demanding passengers in private aviation. This is not a stepping-stone job — it is a professional aviator role with real responsibility and real accountability.
If you hold ATP credentials, have turbine PIC hours under Part 135, and are ready to operate to a standard that exceeds the FAA's minimums, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the final safety and operational authority on every assigned flight.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight review: weather, NOTAMs, crew qualifications, airworthiness, fuel planning.
- For ETOPS flights, verify ETOPS qualifications, critical fuel scenario, PDSC/MEL compatibility, and systems monitoring.
- Supervise crew performance and take responsibility for all aspects of flight conduct.
- Notify the DO immediately of any emergency declaration, incapacitation, or policy deviation.
- Represent Bond's premium brand to every passenger on every flight.
Required Qualifications
- FAA ATP certificate.
- Current type rating for assigned aircraft.
- First Class Medical.
- 4,000+ total hours; 2,000 PIC; 1,000 multi-engine turbine.
- Meets 14 CFR 135.243 PIC qualifications.
- ETOPS qualification per GOM §2.10.5.
- Clean FAA record.
Preferred Qualifications
- 500+ hours in type.
- International operations experience (NAT HLA, RVSM, oceanic).
- Bachelor's degree.
