Challenger 350/3500 Second In Command
Who We Are
BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Role Overview
Bond Aviation is growing its flight crew team and looking for motivated SICs who want to build their careers in a professional, standards-driven private aviation environment.
As SIC, you will support the PIC in the safe and efficient conduct of every flight — from planning through completion. You'll develop the judgment, systems knowledge, and command presence required for future PIC qualification, and you'll do it in one of the most professional Part 135 operations in South Florida.
If you hold a Commercial certificate with an Instrument Rating, have 1,500+ hours, and are committed to operating at a standard that exceeds the FAA's minimums — we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Support the PIC in all phases of flight — planning, conduct, and completion.
- Serve as active monitoring pilot — full CRM/TEM engagement on every flight.
- For ETOPS flights, jointly monitor systems and fuel per GOM §2.10.7.A and §2.10.7.B.
- Maintain personal flight time, duty time, and qualification compliance including ETOPS currency.
- Develop command readiness — build the judgment and decision-making skills for future PIC qualification.
- Represent Bond's premium brand to every passenger.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating; ATP preferred.
- Current type rating (or SIC type rating per 14 CFR 61.55).
- First Class Medical.
- 1,500+ total hours; 500 multi-engine preferred.
- Meets 14 CFR 135.245 SIC qualifications.
- Clean FAA record.
Preferred Qualifications
- ETOPS qualification.
- Bachelor's degree.
