As we continue to grow, we are seeking exceptional Challenger 350/3500 Captains who view aviation as a profession, service as a calling, and culture as a competitive advantage. Backed by one of the largest business aircraft orders in the industry, BOND is building an exclusive fleet of factory-new Bombardier aircraft, including the Challenger 3500 and Global series. Every aircraft in the BOND fleet is purpose-built for our fractional owners and operated to standards that exceed industry expectations. Our Captains are entrusted with delivering a world-class experience to an exclusive clientele while serving as leaders, mentors, and ambassadors of the BOND brand. What You'll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command and final authority for the safe operation of assigned flights
- Lead and mentor fellow crew members while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
- Deliver an exceptional owner experience through attention to detail, discretion, and personalized service
- Ensure all flights are conducted in full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Maintain the highest standards of operational discipline, preparation, and situational awareness
- Represent BOND with professionalism both in the cockpit and throughout every owner interaction
- Contribute to the continued development of a safety-first, service-focused culture
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- Challenger 350 or Challenger 3500 Type Rating
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2,000 hours Pilot in Command
- Minimum 1,000 hours multi-engine turbine experience
- Meets all applicable 14 CFR Part 135 PIC requirements
- Demonstrated record of professionalism, sound judgment, and operational excellence
- Clean FAA record
Preferred Qualifications
- 500+ hours in Challenger 350/3500 aircraft
- Previous experience serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clientele
- Prior Part 135, fractional ownership, corporate flight department, or premium charter experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
