Marketing Manager
Who We Are
BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Role Overview
Bond is building a new category of luxury aviation, and our marketing team is the engine behind how that story reaches the world — from campaigns to events to member experiences.
As Marketing Manager, you'll be the VP of Marketing's closest strategic and operational partner, owning execution across every workstream — agency management, campaign execution, event programming, and member communications. This isn't a traditional marketing role: you'll think ahead, exercise independent judgment, and own outcomes in a fast-moving, multi-workstream environment.
This role is built for an operator who never lets a ball drop, anticipates what's needed before being asked, and has an instinctive feel for what a luxury brand demands. This position will support BOND's New York operations.
What You'll Do
- Own the marketing workstream tracker and serve as the VP's closest operating partner on priorities and deliverables.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships end-to-end — briefs, timelines, review cycles, and delivery.
- Drive execution of campaigns across social, email, paid, and content channels.
- Own event programming, from intimate member experiences to larger brand activations.
- Lead the BOND content calendar and coordinate production across the team and agency partners.
- Own member communications, including the quarterly update and ad hoc member touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing management, project management, or brand operations — ideally within luxury fashion, hospitality, automotive, tech, or a high-end creative agency.
- Proven experience managing agency or vendor relationships and holding partners accountable to timelines and quality.
- Exceptional organizational skills across multiple fast-moving workstreams.
- Strong written communication skills — briefs, recaps, and internal communications with clarity and precision.
- Proficiency in Monday.com or equivalent project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Event planning and execution experience.
- Prior experience partnering directly with senior marketing or brand leadership.
- A genuine appreciation for luxury culture.
Compensation
$110,000-$120,000 base pay plus bonus based on meeting SMART goals.
