Role Overview
As Captain on our Global 7500/8000, you'll carry full responsibility for the safe, compliant, and professional conduct of every flight assignment, from preflight planning through completion. You'll lead your crew, set the tone for Crew Resource Management, and deliver the premium experience our owners and guests expect on every leg.

What You'll Do
- Own flight planning and preflight preparation, from weather and NOTAMs to aircraft airworthiness and documentation.
- Serve as final authority aboard the aircraft, maintaining command responsibility at all times.
- Lead Crew Resource Management, fostering open communication and collaborative decision-making with your crew.
- Deliver a premium customer experience to every owner, principal, and guest, on and off the aircraft.
- Ensure compliance with BOND's Operations Manual, FAA regulations, and all applicable checklists and procedures.
- Mentor and develop crew members through in-flight coaching and post-flight debrief.
Required Qualifications
- ATP Certificate with a current type rating in the Bombardier Global 7500/8000.
- Minimum 4,000 total flight hours; 500 hours in type.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Unrestricted authorization to operate as PIC in all required areas of operation.
Preferred Qualifications
- PIC experience in the same aircraft type under Part 91, 91K, or 135 operations.
- 5+ years of UHNW crew member experience.
- 2+ years of international operations experience.
