Regional Medical Director - New York City

About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Medical Director to serve as the strategic and clinical leader for the NY metro region, ensuring that our teams are supported, engaged, and accountable for delivering exceptional medical quality. This role sits between the Medical Directors (MDs) and the Regional Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO), providing close partnership, mentorship, and leadership development for all medical leaders in the region.
As a senior leader reporting directly to the Regional Chief Veterinary Officer, you will build and maintain a high performing team, own training and education to facilitate both development of your teams and to enable advanced medical quality in your clinics, oversee the development and deployment of medical programs that support our veterinarians and medical leaders, and ensure our medical strategy keeps Bond Vet at the forefront of veterinary medicine.

Team Capacity & Continuity: Grow and maintain teams to meet regional targets and capacity needs through a combination of recruitment and retention.Medical Quality: Encourage and support your team in prioritizing and critically assessing the quality of medicine they practice. You Have:
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or equivalent foreign degree)
- State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure – to include all states for clinics under supervision
- DEA licensure and CDS licensure if needed for all states for clinics under supervision
- 7+ years of clinical veterinary experience
- 3+ years of Medical Director / Leadership Experience; multi-unit leadership experience is considered ideal but not required
Compensation Range: $220,000 - $240,000 per year
