Recruitment Marketing Manager
Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, so we’re there for pets when they need us most. Our clinics are designed with pets and people in mind: warm, friendly, and highly sniffable. We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.
About the Role
Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager/Senior Manager that supports the full recruitment lifecycle through marketing, systems management, and operational execution.
In this role, you will help develop Bond Vet’s recruitment marketing engine—from national conferences to local CE events, from digital campaigns to nurture strategies, from employer brand storytelling to review-site reputation management. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing compelling, data-driven events and campaigns that elevate our employer brand, amplify our value proposition, and build engaged talent pipelines across clinical and HQ roles.
This role requires a strong strategic marketer who is also a confident, polished executor—someone who can represent Bond Vet externally with warmth and professionalism, collaborate closely with clinics, and create high-impact campaigns that reflect the experience of working here.
You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations, and clinic teams, and will play a critical part in shaping how veterinary professionals discover, engage with, and ultimately join Bond Vet.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support
- Develop, help refine the recruitment marketing strategy across digital, in-person, and community channels.
- Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns (social, email, website, blog, job boards, review platforms, and paid media).
- Maintain Bond’s recruitment content calendar, ensuring all touchpoints are timely, brand-aligned, and targeted toward specific talent pipelines.
- Design nurture campaigns for talent communities and prospect pools using automated and manual workflows.
- Partner with the TA team to align messaging with hiring priorities and ensure funnel health at all stages.
Event Leadership & Employer Brand Activation
- Represent Bond Vet confidently and independently at all events.
- Manage logistics (booths, materials, SWAG, signage, shipping, travel, staffing).
Digital Presence, Content & Reputation Management
- Optimize Bond Vet’s employer brand presence on:
- Career site, including blog
- Talent landing pages and event pages
- Glassdoor and Indeed
- Create or refine graphics, copy, and short-form content for recruitment campaigns.
Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Optimization
- Set up dashboards and tracking systems to measure campaign performance, event ROI, and digital engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Bond Vet’s employer brand modern, differentiated, and attractive to clinical talent.
Internal Relationship Building & Clinic Integration
- Visit clinics to build relationships, understand team culture, and gain context for the Bond Vet value proposition.
- Capture or coordinate content that reflects real team experiences and strengthens authenticity in marketing.
- Collaborate with clinic leaders to enhance local recruiting events and community presence.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in recruiting operations, coordination, or marketing support
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Confident supporting large, high-visibility event portfolios with significant travel.
- Skilled in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Excellent project management with a focus on documentation of process
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
- Passionate about building culture, brand, and community
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Bonus: Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or high-growth startup environments
- Bonus: Experience in copywriting, photography, video content, paid media, or talent community management
- Bonus: Experience with ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse)
Work Location & Flexibility
At Bond Vet, we know great work can happen from anywhere. This role is primarily remote, with a strong preference for team members who live within commuting distance of one of our Bond Vet clinics. While the majority of your work can be completed from home, periodic in-person time at local clinics is important to support content creation, storytelling, and capturing authentic moments that reflect the real work of our medical teams. Being near our clinics also helps deepen relationships, stay connected to day-to-day operations, and ensure creative work aligns closely with the needs and experiences of our teams.
If you live near any Bond Vet market — including NYC, Boston, DC, Chicago, New Jersey, or Philadelphia — we welcome applicants who are excited about a flexible, remote-first work experience with meaningful clinic touchpoints.
Travel: Up to 60%
Pay range: $95,000-$110,000.
