Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electric is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Woodbridge, VA. For decades, we've built our reputation by delivering exceptional service while investing in the technicians who make it happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues to deliver effective, long-lasting solutions.
  • Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings and recommended services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and a professional job site.
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events to continue developing your skills.

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-focused.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Working Conditions

  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
  • Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.

The compensation range for this role is $30+ per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives, overtime, and benefits in accordance with company policy.
