About the Role

Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our growing team in Woodbridge, VA. In this full-time role, you’ll provide residential plumbing service, including diagnosing issues, completing repairs, performing installations, and helping homeowners find the right solutions for their plumbing needs. You’ll report to the Service Manager and represent Michael Bonsby with professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
• Perform plumbing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Complete residential plumbing installations accurately and efficiently
• Clearly explain plumbing issues, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners
• Provide professional, courteous service throughout every customer interaction
• Help customers make informed decisions about maintaining and protecting their plumbing systems
• Maintain accurate service documentation using tablets and job management software
• Follow company safety standards and established plumbing procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in residential service
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company motor vehicle insurance requirements for operation of a company vehicle
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and job management software
• Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to continue learning and developing your plumbing skills
