Finance & Accounting Specialist (Croatia-based)

We are looking for a new team member to join our international Finance team based in Switzerland, the UK and Croatia in the role Finance & Accounting Specialist who will work out from Croatia remotely.

Responsibilities:

Main Duties

• Support in the daily business of our finance team such as working through the Finance mailbox including forwarding invoices, answering client requests, dunning process.
• Support in bookkeeping for debtors / creditor in the following processes: executing the dunning process and open items reconciliations with customers / suppliers
• Creating invoices for customers

Requirements: 

• A bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent
• Ability to work with Excel & Word
• Fluency in English, German is an important advantage
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and translate them into the business context (e.g., understanding contractual agreement and translating it into invoicing)
