POSITION SUMMARY 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focused on identifying, pursuing, and securing new business revenue opportunities in the commercial and government sectors. This role is pivotal in driving growth by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing strategic account plans, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of enterprise clients. More specifically, this position will be charged with promoting and selling Boostlingo’s core products to include our Boostlingo Interpretation Management System (IMS), Events, and On Demand platforms and language services to organizations, across its assigned territory with the objective of achieving and exceeding monthly sales quota. 

As a hunter, you will proactively identify and qualify new opportunities, leveraging your expertise in enterprise sales to expand our market presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technical support, to align on customer needs and deliver exceptional value. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial and government landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities in the enterprise commercial and government sectors. 
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across target accounts. 
  • Conduct in-depth discovery and needs analysis to propose customized solutions that align with client objectives. 
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing client satisfaction. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in SaaS sales technology or language service sales. 
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on new business development.  
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and government markets, including procurement processes, RFP/RFI processes, and compliance requirements. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and convincingly. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships. 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and innovative approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. 
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and prospects or attend industry events, as required.
