ABOUT THE ROLE

Boostlingo is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Enterprise Development Team.

This team is responsible for building and maintaining systems that integrate Boostlingo’s platform with enterprise healthcare systems, EHRs, and third-party partner platforms. This is a high-impact role for engineers who can design and support complex integrations, secure data exchange workflows, and systems that operate reliably across internal and external dependencies.

This is not a tickets-only role. As a senior individual contributor, you will:

  • Own systems end-to-end
  • Influence architecture and technical direction
  • Design and support complex integration workflows
  • Raise the bar for quality, reliability, and maintainability

You will be expected to think in systems, understand tradeoffs, and build solutions that operate reliably in real-world enterprise and healthcare environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design, build, and maintain critical systems and services supporting enterprise and healthcare integrations
  • Develop backend services and APIs that integrate with internal systems, EHR platforms, and external partner systems
  • Design and maintain secure data exchange workflows across APIs, endpoints, and integration layers
  • Build and support integrations involving structured healthcare data and interoperability standards
  • Contribute to modern web applications using Angular or comparable frontend frameworks
  • Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability
  • Write and maintain automated tests
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem solving
  • Mentor engineers and help raise technical standards across the team
  • Participate in incident response and operational improvement as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for this role:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Experience building and maintaining SaaS platforms or other integration-heavy software systems
  • Strong experience in backend development using C# and .NET 8+
  • Experience building modern web applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks
  • Experience designing and supporting APIs, integrations, and service-to-service communication
  • Experience building or maintaining systems that integrate with external enterprise platforms or third-party systems
  • Experience working with secured endpoints, authentication, authorization, and sensitive data exchange workflows
  • Experience working with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or comparable structured data formats
  • Experience designing and supporting data transformation, mapping, and validation workflows across integrated systems
  • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests, including unit and integration tests
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
  • Proven hands-on experience using agentic tools and development workflows in day-to-day software engineering
  • Experience using agents to support requirements clarification, solution design, code generation, refactoring, debugging, code review, and test creation
  • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs
  • Experience applying test-driven development (TDD), test-first development, or similarly disciplined testing practices
  • Experience with event-driven development (EDD) or asynchronous system design, including messaging, event flows, and distributed system behavior
  • Strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, correctness, and attention to detail, including reviewing and improving agent-assisted output
  • Experience applying secure coding practices and working within engineering workflows that include quality and security controls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience integrating with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
  • Experience handling PHI, PII, and compliance-sensitive data
  • Experience in HIPAA-regulated or other compliance-driven environments
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, observability tooling, and operational support in distributed systems
  • Experience with message-based or event-driven integration patterns

WHAT "SENIOR" MEANS HERE

  • You’ve owned systems that matter
  • You design solutions, not just complete tasks
  • You understand tradeoffs and communicate them clearly
  • You raise concerns early when something doesn’t smell right
  • You improve the engineers around you

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • You thrive in a team environment
  • You are proactive in identifying and solving problems
  • You care deeply about data correctness, reliability, and maintainability
  • You can work through ambiguity and help create structure
  • You are comfortable operating in integration-heavy environments with external dependencies

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Work on software that directly impacts access to care, justice, and communication
  • Help build systems that connect Boostlingo to critical enterprise and healthcare workflows
  • Real ownership and influence over systems and engineering direction
  • Strong support from team, leadership, and organization
  • Highly competitive compensation
  • Health insurance including dental
  • 401(k) plan
  • Flexible PTO

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
