WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A BOOSTIE

At Boostlingo, we operate through the lens of our four Core Values. These Core Values drive everything we do; from how we approach identifying talent we invite to join the team, to the energy and contributions we bring to our amazing culture, to the decisions we make at both the tactical and strategic level. To be a Boostie means to embody these Core Values every day:

·      Positive Vibes: Bring positive energy and have a “solutions-oriented” mindset
·      No Hide, Go Seek: Be accessible to colleagues, seek out what you need, ask others for help.
·      Be Bold, Stay Humble: Appreciate that every voice matters (and we want to hear yours) while remaining humble in the understanding that no one person is more important than the broader team.
·      Be Inclusive: Create and contribute to an environment where anyone can feel welcomed, supported, respected, and valued.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Boostlingo is the leading language access technology platform transforming how interpretation services are delivered across healthcare, government, and enterprise environments.

We are entering a pivotal growth phase: expanding deeper into Enterprise Healthcare — building products that integrate directly into clinical workflows, revenue cycle systems, and enterprise infrastructure to power compliant, high-quality language access at scale.

Enterprise healthcare software is changing. The next generation of product leaders won’t be roadmap administrators or requirement translators. They will be product builders — high-agency operators who:

  • Understand deeply why we are building
  • Navigate healthcare complexity without paralysis
  • Prototype before debating
  • Use AI to write, debug, and ship code
  • Design high-utility workflows for clinical and enterprise users
  • Push through blockers instead of escalating them
  • Own outcomes end-to-end

Healthcare organizations are under pressure to:

  • Improve patient outcomes
  • Reduce operational inefficiencies
  • Meet compliance standards (HIPAA, language access mandates)
  • Integrate seamlessly with EHRs and clinical systems
  • Deliver equitable care

Boostlingo sits at the intersection of communication infrastructure, workflow orchestration, and healthcare operations.

Our next chapter requires product leaders who can build enterprise-grade systems that are:

  • Deeply integrated
  • Operationally reliable
  • Compliance-aware
  • Workflow-native
  • Economically compelling

We are not looking for roadmap coordinators.

We are building a team of high-agency product builders who operate end-to-end and ship meaningful enterprise value.

WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF THIS ROLE:

You will lead the development of enterprise-grade healthcare products from 01 and scale. These products will serve complex stakeholders including:

  • Health systems
  • Clinical operators
  • Revenue cycle teams
  • Compliance leaders
  • IT administrators
  • Executives

This is not a coordination role. You are responsible for building — concept to deployment to measurable impact.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

1. End-to-End Product Development

  • Identify high-leverage problems within enterprise healthcare environments
  • Conduct direct discovery with healthcare operators and decision-makers
  • Define clear problem statements grounded in business and clinical value
  • Prototype solutions independently (AI-assisted development expected)
  • Design workflow-driven, high-utility interfaces
  • Partner with engineering to harden for scale, compliance, and reliability
  • Drive launch, adoption, and outcome measurement

You do not stop at PRDs. You ship.

2. Enterprise & Healthcare Context Mastery - You understand that enterprise healthcare is:

  • Regulated (HIPAA, PHI, SOC2)
  • Multi-stakeholder
  • Integration-heavy (EHRs, clearinghouses, APIs)
  • Workflow-sensitive
  • Politically nuanced
  • Risk-averse

You will:

  • Design with compliance in mind from day one
  • Understand integration constraints (HL7, FHIR, APIs)
  • Anticipate procurement cycles and enterprise sales motion
  • Align product value to economic buyers and end users
  • Navigate internal IT and security reviews

You operate with realism, not naivety.

3. High-Utility Interface & Workflow Design - Healthcare users do not want novelty. They want:

  • Clarity
  • Speed
  • Reduced cognitive load
  • Fewer clicks
  • Reliable data
  • Seamless integrations

You will:

  • Design for workflow acceleration
  • Reduce friction in high-stakes environments
  • Avoid feature bloat
  • Test usability through rapid prototypes
  • Optimize for time-to-value

We prioritize utility over aesthetics.

4. Agency Over Depth - We value operators who move. You:

  • Break through ambiguity without waiting for perfect clarity
  • Solve integration blockers creatively
  • Unblock yourself before escalating
  • Engage directly with customers when needed
  • Draft compliance-aware proposals independently
  • Generate momentum

If something is stuck, you move it.

5. AI-Augmented Product Building - AI is not optional in how we build. We expect you to:

  • Use AI tools to write and debug code
  • Build lightweight front-end prototypes
  • Create scripts for data transformation
  • Draft technical documentation
  • Accelerate discovery synthesis
  • Simulate workflows and test assumptions

You do not wait on engineering for basic experimentation. You build fast, validate early, and refine with technical partners.

6, Business & Strategic Ownership - You understand why we build. You will:

  • Connect features to measurable ROI
  • Align product initiatives with enterprise sales strategy
  • Define pricing and packaging considerations
  • Understand buying committees
  • Kill ideas that lack enterprise value
  • Prioritize based on leverage

You think in revenue, retention, and defensibility — not just delivery.

7. Cross-Functional Leadership - Enterprise healthcare products sit at the intersection of:

  • Engineering
  • Compliance
  • Security
  • Sales
  • Customer Success
  • Clinical advisors
  • Implementation teams

You will:

  • Align stakeholders around clear success metrics
  • Resolve tradeoffs between speed and compliance
  • Maintain decision velocity in complex environments
  • Lead without authority

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A High-Agency Operator -
You:

  • Prefer action over debate
  • Escalate only after attempting resolution
  • See blockers as design constraints, not excuses
  • Generate clarity through execution
  • Own outcomes personally

Enterprise Judgment - You:

  • Understand long sales cycles
  • Design with procurement in mind
  • Think about implementation complexity early
  • Anticipate integration and security concerns
  • Build trust with enterprise buyers

Healthcare Fluency - You have experience in:

  • Healthcare SaaS
  • Clinical workflow systems
  • Revenue cycle technology
  • Healthcare AI applications
  • EHR-integrated platforms

You understand:

  • HIPAA considerations
  • PHI handling
  • Data governance
  • Risk management

Builder Mindset - Evidence we look for:

  • Products you helped build end-to-end
  • Prototypes you personally created
  • Side projects or internal tools you shipped
  • Technical fluency (you can speak architecture credibly)
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate development

Former engineers or highly technical PMs are strongly preferred.

Execution Discipline - You:

  • Ship incremental value quickly
  • Avoid over-scoping
  • Balance compliance with velocity
  • Define measurable success criteria
  • Track adoption and retention rigorously

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

  • Not a requirements writer
  • Not a backlog administrator
  • Not a meeting facilitator
  • Not a purely strategic thinker
  • Not someone who waits for alignment before acting

This is a builder role with enterprise-level responsibility

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in Product Management
  • 2+ years in enterprise healthcare technology
  • Experience shipping complex B2B SaaS products
  • Experience navigating compliance and security constraints
  • Demonstrated technical prototyping capability
  • Familiarity with integrations (FHIR, HL7, APIs)
  • Experience working alongside enterprise sales teams

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AI-driven healthcare applications
  • Experience in health systems or payer environments
  • Revenue cycle management technology
  • Clinical decision support tools

HOW WE EVALUATE CANDIDATES

We prioritize:

  • Evidence of high agency
  • Stories of overcoming blockers independently
  • Demonstrated enterprise judgment
  • Prototypes or technical artifacts you’ve created
  • Clear articulation of why your product mattered
  • Practical problem-solving exercises

Expect scenario-based discussions, not theoretical frameworks.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 12 MONTHS:

  • Shipped at least one enterprise-grade healthcare product or major capability
  • Demonstrated measurable customer impact
  • Navigated at least one complex integration successfully
  • Built strong cross-functional trust
  • Elevated the organization’s standard for product ownership
  • Accelerated development cycles through AI-assisted building

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Enterprise healthcare is complex. The winners will not be the companies with the longest PRDs. They will be the ones with high-agency product builders who:

  • Move decisively
  • Understand enterprise constraints
  • Build intelligently
  • Ship responsibly
  • Own outcomes fully

If that sounds like how you already operate, we’d love to meet you.

WHAT MAKES BOOSTLINGO A GREAT COMPANY?

  • Values and mission-based ethos that drives our product development strategy
  • Fun, energetic environment with an incredible culture (just ask about our eNPS scores!)
  • Hybrid/Remote working arrangements

  • Flexible PTO

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
