About The Role
Bosa Properties is looking for an Operations Houseperson to join our team of skilled Operations professionals. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to work both independently and in a team environment helping to keep our buildings looking and functioning in excellent condition. The role will be Mon-Fri 9-5 with occasional weekend work as required. Ability to lift 50lbs is required.
What You'll Do
- Operate carpet cleaning machine
- Help with Month end turnovers, painting and patching holes
- Change filters in HRV systems throughout portfolio
- Pressure washing interior driveways and exterior sidewalks
- Assist operations team on projects as required
What You Bring
- Painting experience considered an asset
- Good Attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Valid Drivers license and ability to drive between properties
- Willingness to work month ends when they fall on weekends and overtime as required
Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
Salary
$47,800 - $65,700 CAD
