About The Role
Bosa Properties is looking for a Commercial Leasing Administrator to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Leasing, this individual will have the opportunity to support an income producing portfolio of 5.5 million square feet.
What You'll Do
- Preparation and drafting of lease documentation with a high degree of accuracy, including lease agreements across all asset types, renewals, assignments, amendments and surrenders;
- Ensure a high-level accuracy across all documentation by reviewing, amending, and providing feedback;
- Ensure that lease documentation accurately reflects terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties involved;
- Run company searches through BC Online, title searches and review of tenant’s financial documents as part of the tenants screening process;
- Maintain the database of company’s precedents and lease templates, identify and recommend changes to lease templates and to improve processes;
- Participate and provide support in negotiations leading to contracts finalization;
- Initial review of tenants’ revisions to lease agreements and providing feedback to the leasing manager;
- Collaborate with legal counsels on complex legal matters to ensure legal compliance;
- Drive process across the department and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required;
- Provide support to the Commercial Leasing team through monitoring and tracking critical dates, workflows and ensuring completion and execution of legal documents;
- Administer lease information and enter lease data into Property Management database;
- Build strong relationships with tenants across the portfolio through intent listening and consulting.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Real Estate, Business, or Legal;
- Three (3) years of experience in a professional commercial leasing administration or legal administrative role;
- Strong knowledge of contract law is an asset and experience interpreting leases and other relevant legal documentation;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team, building strong relationships across the organization and with external partners;
- Meticulous organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and superior attention to detail;
- Responsive, with a strong ability to anticipate needs, think critically and deliver on commitments within an expected timeframe;
- Working knowledge of Yardi and Yardi Deal Manager will be considered an integral asset.

Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
Salary
$61,406 - $84,420 CAD
