About The Role

As Manager, Business Solutions & Delivery, you will be pivotal in bridging business needs with technical execution for the Data & Analytics team. You will be the focal point between Financial Analysts and Data Engineering to build Financial Dashboards used by senior leadership. You will lead the translation of business requirements into actionable specifications in the form of epics and user stories in an Agile delivery team. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead business requirement gathering efforts: engage stakeholders, clarify business needs, and produce comprehensive requirement documentation.
• Documentation is captured in the form of block diagrams, data models, epics and user stories that will be consumed by Data Engineering team to build data pipeline between financial systems such as Yardi, Altus Argus and other data stores and connect them to PowerBI dashboards.
• Maintain ownership of requirement management and change control—ensure scope, constraints, and dependencies are understood and communicated.
• Act as key point of contact between business stakeholders and Data & Analytics team; manage expectations, provide updates, and facilitate alignment.
• Work cross-functionally to coordinate front-end and back-end analytics resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support planning and delivery of analytics projects, helping define priorities, dependencies, risk, and delivery timelines.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business-technical liaison, solution delivery or similar roles — ideally with involvement in data analytics, or IT delivery of financial systems.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements in a structured, clear, and detailed manner.
• Strong communication skills — able to clearly convey complex business needs and technical details to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams (e.g., analytics, engineering, IT).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate resources, and maintain clarity with competing demands.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical in approach to documentation and delivery.
• Familiarity with data project workflows, analytics tools or data platforms such as AWS services and PowerBI
• Experience with accounting software such as Yardi, Oracle Financials, NetSuite
