We are looking for machine learning engineers at all levels to join our machine learning team. The mission of our team is to experiment, design and develop solutions addressing open questions in autonomous driving, towards the ultimate goal of full commercialization. You will work with a team of excellent engineers in a vibrant working environment at a fast pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and serve as the point person for the day-to-day facilities operations, including overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, daily meals for employees and vendor management.
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering arrangements.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide logistical support and travel arrangements for employees
- Assist in the onboarding process for on-site new hires
- Manage employees travels
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office atmosphere that reflects the company’s culture.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software (e.g., G Suite, Slack).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role, preferably in a technology environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
