The Role
As a Vendor Success Operations Associate, you are responsible for providing support to the Paymode Vendor Enablement team by managing non-calling tasks and activities. This role is designed to maximize efficiency and effectiveness to drive Vendor enrollment. Roles include being accountable for accuracy in validating information, discrepancy issue/resolution & meeting critical deadlines and performance goals.
This candidate will be intimately familiar with the Vendor enrollment process, working closely with internal client services teams, and supporting systems including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Paymode.
How you’ll contribute:
- Focus on both customer satisfaction and continuous seeking out of new opportunities to expand customer relationships
- Achieve and maintain proficiency with the capabilities of Bottomline’s software-as-a-service applications, as well as corresponding system and software changes
- Assess and validate information through multiple processes which include some outbound calling, email, and online data research
- Utilize time management skills for match resolution
- Look for opportunities to improve process efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Provides support to management by providing internal reporting regarding Vendor Enablement and Retention
- Assists in developing and documenting new/modified processes and standards as the business and products evolve
- Works collaboratively with internal teams to determine outreach and matching opportunities
- Vendor Rescind tracking and processing
- Supports creation and delivery of enrollment and ad hoc reporting
- Perform Research and maintenance of sales lead population
- Fielding internal requests from enrollment team
- Perform contact look up/data entry

- 1+ year of experience in a research/analyst role is preferred
- Excels in fast-paced team environment while juggling multiple priorities
- Exhibits creative thinking skills and seeks out problem resolution
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Must be a self-starter with strong influencing skills
- Sense of urgency to drive and meet goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including ability to perform V-look ups, formulas, chart creation, picklist, and data manipulation.
