Role 

We are looking for a Vendor Enrollment Representative II to innovate, win and grow with us in Bangalore

 

 Position Summary: 

The Vendor Enrollment Representative II is a member of an outbound calling team within the Paymode-X Vendor Enrollment organization that is responsible for high call volume outreach to facilitate Enrollment in Paymode-X. The Paymode-X Vendor Enablement team is a fast-paced, energetic team dedicated to growing our industry leading Paymode-X business to business settlement network primarily through net new Vendor Enrollments. 

The Vendor Enrollment Representative II works directly with potential members to enroll them in the Paymode-X service by presenting the benefits of the Paymode-X payment settlement network. The Vendor Advocate Associate specifically focuses on the Paymode-X Basic offering which is a no cost offering to Vendors/ Suppliers and thus a high rate of successfully conversion is expected in this role. 

 

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Maintain an ongoing average of 7 enrollments per day or higher. 
  • Placing 100+ outbound calls per day to warm leads to drive Paymode-X Vendor enrollments. (95+% of working day) 
  • Converting Vendor leads to enrollments via high volume outbound phone calls and email, with calls being the primary activity. 
  • Assisting Vendors with questions related to the enrollment process. 
  • Effectively educating Vendors on the various aspects of the Paymode-X service to drive enrollment in the Paymode-X network. 
  • Present product value propositions in a concise and understandable manner for an audience that includes varying levels of financial services expertise. 
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all enrollment activities. 
  • Develops strong relationships with other teams to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and process. 
  • Has the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, and possess superior organization and time management skills. 
  • Maintain a laser focus on improving oneself and finding innovative ways to continually increase performance. 

Required Skills: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, and possess superior organization and time management skills. 
  • Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work and self-motivation. 
  • Outbound calling experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred. 
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus. 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • 2+ years of experience working directly with customers in an outbound calling environment.    
  • High school diploma or GED Preferred
