Job Title: Brand and Communications Intern
Location: Bengaluru, India
Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)
Position Summary:
As we continue to strengthen our brand presence across global offices, we are seeking a Brand and Communications Intern to support our Bengaluru site. The intern will play a pivotal role in managing local communication and branding needs, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across site-related initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about communications and branding. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute communications for employee engagement events at the India site.
- Draft social media content with guidance from the Global Social Media Manager related to India-based events and initiatives.
- Support site-related communications, including updates on infrastructure changes, facility/cafeteria expansions, and leadership visits.
- Assist with branding and communication efforts for site transformation programs.
- Help organize and promote campus events, ensuring all communications align with the company’s brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with HR and global brand teams to deliver consistent messaging.
- Contribute ideas to improve local communication channels and employee engagement strategies.
- Track and report on communication effectiveness and suggest improvements where needed.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Available to work flexible hours to attend meetings virtually with global team members with advance notice.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in branding, event management, and internal communications.
