Financial Operations Systems – Sr. Analyst

Department: Financial Operations Systems

Location: Bengaluru, India

Reporting To: Financial Operations Systems Lead

About the Role

As a Financial Operations Systems Sr. Analyst, you will lead complex problem-solving and deliver improvements across finance processes and systems. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, drive end-to-end delivery of enhancements within your area, and ensure strong controls, data quality, and operational readiness across releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of priority incidents and complex defects, coordinating across Finance, IT, and vendors to drive root-cause remediation.
• Own delivery of enhancements from requirements through design reviews, testing strategy, release planning, and post-release validation.
• Define and monitor key controls and data quality metrics; implement preventative checks and reconcile exceptions.
• Facilitate stakeholder forums (triage, change reviews, training sessions) and ensure clear communication and adoption.
• Mentor junior team members; review deliverables (test evidence, requirements, SOPs) for quality and completeness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting or improving finance systems and processes (ERP strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of controls, testing disciplines, and incident/problem management.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to lead workstreams with minimal supervision.
