Revenue Enablement Manager (Sales)

Remote - USA

Who is Boulevard?

Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most.

Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen.

We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most.

Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too.

Come do the best work of your life at Boulevard.

As our Revenue Enablement Manager, you'll give our Account Executives the knowledge, tools, and confidence to grow revenue and deliver great outcomes for salons, spas, and medspas. You'll build and run the programs that onboard new hires across the revenue organization and keep every seller sharp on our sales methodology, product, and market.

You'll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success, and you'll have room to try new things, including using AI to help sellers practice and prepare. Your work shows up directly in how our team sells, and you'll act like an owner of that impact.

What you'll do:

  • Build on our enablement strategy and drive consistent adoption of our sales methodology, a blend of Sandler and Challenger, through training, manager coaching, and rep feedback.
  • Spot seller skill and performance gaps by analyzing win/loss trends, sales-cycle length, and content adoption, then design targeted enablement to close them.
  • Use AI to help sellers practice and prepare, from role-play simulations and coaching experiences to knowledge hubs with talk tracks, objection responses, and competitive insights.
  • Turn product launches into seller-readiness programs with training, messaging, practice, and certifications, partnering with Product Marketing, Product, and revenue leaders.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, training materials, certifications, and competitive guidance that reflect current product and market information.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and practice sessions, and partner with frontline managers to reinforce core selling skills.
  • Measure what works using learning analytics, seller feedback, and metrics like time to productivity, win rates, sales velocity, and quota attainment.
  • Manage and improve our enablement and revenue tech stack, and advise revenue leaders on seller readiness and where to improve team performance.

What you'll need to thrive:

  • 3-4+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Revenue, or Enablement roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A track record of designing and running enablement programs that measurably improve pipeline growth, conversion rates, and productivity.
  • Expertise with core go-to-market and enablement tools, such as Salesforce, Gong or Chorus, Highspot or Seismic, WorkRamp, Articulate, Outreach, Chili Piper, LeanData, and LMS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales frameworks and the full customer journey, with fluency in MEDDPICC, Challenger, and related methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and collaborate across teams.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to turn performance data into clear enablement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
  • A self-starter's energy in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and the future of enablement and AI.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

How we will take care of you:

At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we're happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For U.S. based candidates, the anticipated base salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
