We are currently looking for passionate and empathetic salespeople to join our growing team of Enrolment Advisors and Enrolment Assistants.

There is a lot to consider before you apply for an online postgraduate program, so we need people like you to support our prospective students through the course application and enrolment process.

By building relationships with these students, you will help identify their learning needs and give them the best shot at achieving their dream of being accepted into a course.

It’s a dynamic and stimulating role, as you’ll be working across a diverse portfolio of educational products.

What will you be doing? 

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.

· Communicate with prospective students via inbound and outbound calls, SMS, chat and emails regarding the Online Program.

· Build and manage a mature, active pipeline of leads

· Advise prospective students using a consultative process.

· Guide prospective students through the admissions process with the goal of determining if the program is a fit for their educational needs.

· Meeting Key Performance Indicators and service level agreements.

· Achieve enrolment targets.

· Actively participate in coaching sessions and being prepared to discuss performance data, feedback, and providing creative solutions to enhance performance.

· Demonstrate the ability to promptly and effectively implement changes and strategies based on the feedback received.

· Drive continuous improvement in business processes and practices through a commitment to ongoing learning and adaptability.

Qualifications

· Prior experience in an admission and recruitment or call centre sales environment is important but not essential for this position.

· Excellent customer service and having confidence interacting with people from all ages of a variety of backgrounds.

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and quality in your written communication, including both email and live chat.

· The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with tight timelines

· Proficient in MS Office
